Brief Answer:
Exact period pattern asked

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I would like to know the exact pattern of your periods like -
- the maximum and minimum gap between two cycles
- duration of bleeding in number of days
- heavy or moderate bleeding
- always overrun the period date or sometimes come on time and sometimes overrun
- any spotting in between periods
- complete family or still desirous of baby
Waiting for your response so that I can advise you better.
Your ultrasound report is normal and there is nothing serious in it except a high normal range of endometrial thickness which is a result of prolonged periods rather than a cause usually.
Regards
Dr Manisha

Brief Answer:
Oral pills best option for you

Detailed Answer:
This period pattern has nothing to worry about especially after the normal ultrasound findings.
It is just due to advancing age and thus will eventually result in menopause around 8-10 years down tge line.
So all in all in case you want to regulate this pattern you can opt for low dose oral contraceptive pills which will regulate your periods along with contraceptive benefits plus if will protect you from endometrial cancer in future.
So you can meet your gynecologist and get a prescription for the same after assessment of your general condition.
Take care.
