Detailed answer....
Hello,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your problems.
I have read your complaints and seen your MRI spine report.
It clearly tells that you have huge bulging of disc between L4 and L5 and between L5 and S1. This bulging of disc is compressing your exiting nerves from there resulting in pain in leg. Prima facie it appears that you would need surgery to remove that bulged disc so that compression on the nerves be removed, however best would be to consult a spinal surgeon for proper examination and evaluation.
There is nothing to fear from the surgery,if surgeon also advises, as the surgical procedure can be easily done by endoscopy also called as MIS ( minimal invasive surgery ).
Person starts walking within 24 hours after undergoing MIS.
I hope it helps, however you are most welcome to revert to me for any further query.
Best of luck
Thanks
