there could be a vast differential diagnosis for the report and information given.
IT could indicate stroke, multiple sclerosis, Neuromyelitis optical, mild hemorrhage, or small space occupying lesions like ring enhancing lesion eg Neurocysticercosis.
I would need a detailed history and complete report for more accurate response.
