Brief Answer:
Seems like cervicitis, get cultures

Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns.

Based on the history, you have shared, it seems that previous indication for which you have had LEEP surgery has cleared out otherwise it would have revealed atypical cells rather than normal puss cells.

On this smear picture is favoring cervicitis that is likely due to infective origin. To isolate exact organism you need to have high vaginal swab cultures and isolate the culprit organism and then treat accordingly.

Meanwhile have protected intercourse with condoms and barrier methods. Get an utrasound pelvis and also have urinalysis and cultures done.

Hoping you a speedy recovery. If you dont have any more questions, please close the discussion. You can also reach me directly through my profile in future, in case of any more questions, Regards.
