Question : my T4 is 1.55 when the line is 0.75-1.54 does my meds need to be tweeked a little

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. T4 is only mildly elevated. It has least significance amongst the thyroid profile.

2. If T3 and TSH are within normal range, no need to change in meds. Continue the same.
