I would explain as follow:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back to HCM!

I would explain that a TMT is a test used to evaluate the cardiac performance during exertion. It is used to investigate for coronary artery disease (ischemic cardiac disease).

The fact that an erractic heart beat occurred during treadmill test could indicate possible cardiac arrhythmia.

If such is the case exertional angina coupled with cardiac arrhythmia would be a marker of underlying exercise-induced myocardial ischemia.

When an ischemia response to physical exertion is revealed, then further cardiac testing is indicated.

The diagnostic test of choice (gold standard) in such case would be to perform a coronary angiography, which would directly visualize your coronary arteries and clarify possible coronary lesions.

You should discuss with your attending cardiologist on the above mentioned issues.

Could you please upload your cardiac tests for me to review and give a second professional opinion?

I would be glad to be of some help in clarifying any further uncertainties.

Feel free to ask me again, whenever you need.

Greetings!

Dr. Iliri
