What Does My TVS Scan Test Report Indicate?
Question: Hiii
Doctor once again i need your consultation.previous consultations were helpful for me.once again my query is about my PELVIS TRANSVAGINAL ULTRASOUND done today on 7/5/2016. reports are here is:-
UTERUS- Is normal in size. Myometrial wall thickness appears normal.No focal lesion is seen.
Endometrial thickness is 17.2 mm.The endometrium is homogenously hyperechoic. No gestational sac is seen.Minimal fluid is seen within the endometrial cavity in the fundus region.
CERVIX-Is normal in size and echotexture.
RIGHT OVARY-Is norml in size and appearance.No cyst/ mass seen.
LEFT OVARY-Is norml in size and appearance.No cyst/ mass seen.
BILATERAL ADNEXA- Are clear.
IMPRESSION- Endometrium is homogenously hyperechoic. No gestational sac is seen.Minimal fluid is seen within the endometrial cavity in the fundus region.
Adv- repeat scan after 2 weeks.
1- what does report says?
2-Endometrium wall thickness is 17.2 mm?? what is normal thickness??what does mean of this thickness??
3-What does mean of hyperechoic endometrium and minimal fluid in fundus region??
4-Is there any symptoms of pregnancy??
5-Is there any living things starts to begin??
my urine pregnancy test is positive.
Things are complicated to understand me please help for better understandings.

i have one child of 13 months and delivery was cesarean and baby was premature because of IUGR. Hope for your best advice.

Endometrial thickness is high indicative of pregnancy along with urine pregnancy test.
Please get beta HCG blood test done to know if pregnancy is ectopic.
I suggest you enquire about possibility of ectopic pregnancy from your doctor. Free fluid is indicative of ectopic pregnancy. I hope your doctor is good.
It could be early pregnancy also.
Do serum beta hCG blood test today and again after 2 days

Dear doctor
i donot want carry forwaord this pregnancy because of previous baby is just 13 month old. It is too difficult for nuturing both practicaly. i cant be emotional on this.
what steps should i do for termination of this pregnancy??is it possible to terminate this by medicine from tomorrow morning??
should i wait for two weeks to grow the fetus and then i go for abortion??
I donot want to wait for two weeks and I donot want to grow this more.want to terminat it on this stage only.is it possible??
