What Does My USG Report Indicate?

Question: My wife is 32 weeks pregnant, went to USG. In report everything came out normal. However doctor has written that "Single loose nuchal cord is seen". What is the risk factor associated with this. Baby's weight is 1.9 kgs. There is no other abnormality mentioned in the report.. plz explain the risk factor, getting a bit worried
