Brief Answer:
X-ray suggests degenerative changes in the form of osteophytes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Sorry for replying late

Your cervical X-ray findings suggests degenerative changes in the form of osteophytes.
Osteophytes are bony outgrowths and these are generally age related findings.
These are due to chronic pull on annulus fibrosis.
Other findings like inter-vertebral disc space etc are normal.

It is important to know your symptoms and reason for X-rays.

Brief Answer:
I suggest for MRI of cervical spine.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your symptoms like numbness in hand may be due to nerve involvement in cervical region.
I suggest for MRI of cervical spine. It is important to assess status of nerve, whether there is any compression on nerve roots or not.
It is also important to asses inter-vertebral disc prolapse etc.

X-ray is not able to assess nerve roots etc.MRI is best for complete assessment.

It is also important to asses cardiac status due to chest pain. You may need complete evaluation for it.

Hope I have answered your query.
