Brief Answer:
Your x ray seems normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. Your x ray seems to be normal. I think you should get your vitamin D test as it is important cause of knee pain including other musculoskeletal pains. If found low you can take vitamin D3 60000 IU weekly for 10 weeks. Another test is MRI of knee joint which can see soft tissue condition such as ligaments and meniscus disease. Quadriceps excercises are helpful. Analgesic such as ibuprofen is helpful in pain relief. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
