Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query; and most probably you may be suffering from the pan sinusitis.

For your kind information there are four types of sinuses and explanation of your report as
1. Aplastic right frontal sinus means right frontal sinus is not present and it is the normal condition.
2. You are suffering from pan sinusitis i.e. sinus disease present in frontal, maxillary and sphenoid sinus.
3. Ostia occluded means opening of sinuses are blocked.
4. Air fluid level is not present means most probably it is the mucosal thickening.
5. Deviated nasal septum towards right.

For better explanation please send me the images of your report.
