Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking on HCM!
I review your abdominal X- ray and I can say as follows:
1. I notice mass on right lower pelvis probably at ileocecal walve. It may be related with :
- calcified mass ( rarely)
- fecaloma
- foreign body
2. I need to know more about the symptoms , why you have done this exam? Do you have bowel movement changes, do you have chronic constipation?
and did You took off all your clothes when you have done this test?
Are you sure that it is not related with any of your clothes?
3. If I were your treating doctor I would suggest to do Ct scan with double contrast to better evaluate the mass.
Hope it was helpful to you.
