Brief Answer:
I would stop the treatment in the end of six months

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

I see the reports attached and i have gone very carefully on evaluating them

The FNAC report is the biopsy of the lymphonodus which confirm the TB etiology of them

The first chest x ray result as i see (which was in the start of the treatment) showed some lung implications in the lower bilaterally bases.

The second one (after three months of treatment) is completely normal,no evidence of pathological radiologic image is seen fortunately.

This is a very good thing for you which tells us that the treatment has had a very good impact in your lungs.

As you explain its been nearly six months of treatment now.

In my opinion based in these informations if you were my patients in the end of six months i would stop the treatment.

But it is your treating doctor who will examine your general clinical condition and if everything is normal i believe that he should stop the treatment for sure.

Usually 6 months of treatment are sufficient but it depends on the case. Each patient is specific.

I am happy for you and feel free to ask me again

Wishes
