What Does My X-ray Report Indicate?

Question : I had a panorex xray taken of my jaw and it looks like I have calculus or some whitish areas in the carotid artery. I had a doppler ran about 3 years ago of my carotids and they said everything was clear. Xray has not really changed much since the three years ago. Is this something I need to be concerned with?
