Question: When my dad chemotherapy end after 6 month pet ct scan report say few FDG avid prevascular, right paratracheal nodes seen appear to be of reactive etiology so tata hospital doctor give suggestion to see chest espaclist after we see the Dr XXXXXXX XXXXXXX sir he say that is a verey sensitive but he say tha is tb

Since your father is cancer survivor and just completed chemotherapy, he is likely to be immunocompromised.
So possibility of infection is likely in his case.
It's very difficult to confirm TB only on the basis of provided information.
This kind of lymphnodes can be seen in simple bacterial infection also.
So please let me know
1. What is the size of lymphnodes?
2. Do lymphnodes have necrosis?

Paratracheal nodes seen (largest 1.1 cms, SUV XXXXXXX 3.15) that is a size and my father have no tb symptoms only some time khasi but XXXXXXX sir give a medicine my father khasi all so stop plz help me becase pet ct report say that problem what I do now

Yes cough stop
And drugs is clarithromycin ip 500mg and veloz D ( rabeprazole sodium 20mg, domperidone maleate lp 30mg)
Pet ct scan report write right paratracheal nodes seen appear to be of reactive etiology only
And x ray report all clear the is no seen any nodes

No need to worry for tuberculosis at present.
Possibility of infective lymphnode enlargement is more.
And Clarithomycin is broad spectrum antibiotic.
