Brief Answer:
CT scan to know more about the lesion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Welcome and thanks for your query.
The findings are suggestive of a lesion possibly obstructing the lower part of bronchial tree on the right. This has produced collapse of the adjacent airspaces. CT scan is advised to evaluate the lesion better, to know whether it is something obstructing the lumen or pressing from outside and producing obstruction. It may also point to the nature of the lesion and as to whether tests like bronchoscopy are required to know more about the lesion.
I think you should see a pulmonologist with the results of the CT scan and the tests.
