Brief Answer:
You may have urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear.
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You are suffering from inflammation of urinary bladder. Your thickening of bladder wall may be due to that inflammation.
Your both kidney look like normal. However early paranchymal change is there. You should go for complete renal function test to check functioning capacity of your kidney. If you have done already, please upload reports.
For inflammation(cystitis) you should take antibiotics and anti inflammatory drugs accordingly to your doctor's advice.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.

You are taking perfect treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Amloz-5 contains amlodipin. It is an antihypertensive drug. you should continue with your amlodipin. Alkasol is standard for urinary tract infection. It releives discomfort. Metapar contains paracetamol and metoclopromide. It is also needed.
Oratil is an antibiotics. If you don't respond to this treatment then you should go for culture and sensitivity test. And if needed change the antibiotic.
Consult your treating physician and taek treatment accordingly.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear.
I have gone through your all reports. It only suggest that you have urinary tract infection.
You should go for culture and sensitivity test for antibiotics. It will give you idea that which antibiotic will effective against your infection. Then you should take that antibiotic only. It will be more effective rather then randomly trying antibiotics.
