Brief Answer:
common changes at this age

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam,

Thanks for the query.

Fatty change in the liver with hepatomegaly means fat is being deposited in the liver cells more than expected, this lead to increase in size of liver mildly. This is common finding in most people when they get an Ultrasound scan of abdomen. I would like to ask how do you feel and why did you get the scan first.

No treatment is genuinely required for this incidental finding in the scan report. I suggest to become more active with walking for one hour daily. Stay away from processed food, eat home cooked food. Remove maida(refined flour), white sugar, salt from the diet. You should try increasing fruit and vegetable daily proportions.

I would not advise you any tablets or capsule now for this reason. Please tell me what made you to test with Ultrasound.

Regards
