Dear Sir,
as per your advise i have attached fresh USG and blood/urine report as well.
Symptoms :- 1. occasional mild pain on left side
2. after releasing urine , somewhat less complete voidness feeling
3. No burning sensation while urinating
4. from last three to four days i am feeling a tinge of pain inside of my penis ( in vein i think) after urinating, rest of the time it doesn't occur.
Sir, in my opinion i penned symptoms to the best of my knowledge , rest to you to understand my situation.
Last thing my Radiologist suggest me to consult with Urologist regarding prostate enlargement. This is for your information please.

Brief Answer:
As detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thank for your feedback reports.
Let us discuss the reports and correlate with each other:
The kidney on the left side shows gravel within kidney hence can not cause any symptoms. The one in the past report of lower ureter has been most probably passed out.
The enlarged medical lobe and grade III enlargement of the prostate needs the attention of an Urologist and can be a reason of reflux of the left ureter and thus fullness of left pelvicalyceal system or may be due to scarred left lower ureter not allowing smooth outflow of urine.
Urine shows cal oxalate crystals indicating the need to increase the fluid intake.
Liver:
Grade II liver enlargement with fatty infiltration with deranged liver functions including the alkaline phosphatase and GGT. Needs urgent attention of a Gastroenterologist for further investigations and treatment.
Also needed is proper treatment of Diabetes that the reports indicate.
I hope, this answer helps you.
