Brief Answer:
Fatty liver.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Your ultrasound report says that you have fatty liver. The rest is completely normal.
Fatty liver is caused by bad diet, obesity, frequent alcohol use. Luckily fatty liver is a reversible condition. Please try to modify your diet. Avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, alcohol. You should also have cholesterole levels checked.

Hope this helps.
Regards.

Thanks for your reply, doc. I neither drink nor smoke. I reduced 10 pounds (I was 174 down to 164).

Also, I had an abdomen ultrasound 6 months before, at that time, the size of the liver was 18 cm and now it is 14.2 cm. Is it because of my weight loss and what is the ideal size of liver? Does liver size play an important role in determining fatty liver?

Brief Answer:
You are doing great.

Detailed Answer:
Than you are on good way to normalize your liver. It already has become smaller what is a very good information. Keep loosing weight (if possible).
There is no ideal liver size. And it is not that important. Lack of fat in the liver is much more important.
Healthy liver should not appear below the ribs.
