What Does My Audiogram Report Indicate?

Question: Hello sir I am a engineering student suffering by a sensorineural hearing loss at low and mid frequencies in both ears.my audiogram report PTA values of left ear is 45 and right ear is 23.3db and both side Rinne is positive. I have already taken some medicines but no improvement sir.now what i do please help me sir.
