Question : I underwent a saturation biopsy which showed 1 out of 31 samples to be 3+3 grade 1 adenocarcinoma. I am 63 soon to be 64. What are my best options with pros and cons. Thank you.
Brief Answer:
Hello, I need to look for your stage of disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I can understand your concern.
So all I can make out is that you are suffering from prostate cancer with a XXXXXXX score of 6. I need to know the details of serum PSA value and MRI scan of pelvis before I can give you definite information.
As of now, by biopsy, it looks like to be a low intermediate lesion and you will enjoy a great deal of life with treatment. Please provide the details of MRI and PSA so that I can assist you further...
Awaiting...
Thanks and regards

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. You fall in a low risk group
Detailed Answer:
Hello again. So as your psa is low and mri not showing any lesion, you fall in a low risk group. You just require psa evaluation once in 6 mth and biopsy once in an year. No tteatment required at this stage.
Thanks and regards
