Question : Yesterday I have been diagnosed with Left ant hemi block RBBB. I an 45 years of age Male in XXXXXXX My blood pressure is 117/82. I have been leading physically active life for last 14 years. I ccy

Occasionally, it is a sign of weakness of this nerve tract (Anterior division of the Left Bundle) / or a reflection of left ventricular hypertrophy.
Nothing to do – in an asymptomatic person, with normal examination and echocardiogram... [Get examined / have an ECHO]
Ignore it and be your usual self
Follow with your doctor, once an year or so...
