Question : My blood pressure is 108/73 I take no meds work out daily am very fit and have no weight problems and am 55 years old

By definition , low blood pressure refers to readings less than 90/60 but some persons may have symptoms of low blood pressure at readings above this if their pressure dips far below what they are used to.
