Brief Answer:
not required to start treatment now.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.
After going through the details, my opinion is as follows.
1. Iron levels are within normal limits.
2. Hemoglobin levels and WBC count is within normal range.
3. At present, you do not require any therapy. However, repeat hemoglobin along with reticulocyte count after a month. Then based on results, we can start treatment.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
