What Does My Blood Report Indicate?

Follow up with your doctor!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.
I am so sorry to hear about these troubling laboratory values that you have reported. For sure no one wants to be dealing with such and at a very young age.
They are concerning, just like am also concerned that at 28years you are already on medications for high blood pressure. In young persons, high blood pressure is more likely to have a cause. Have your doctors worked on identifying what the possible cause of this hypertension could be in your case. Are you able to get the blood pressure numbers well controlled with medications? What are the average numbers like?
The cholesterol and triglycerides are all increased. This is another important risk component in having heart diseases. I will like to see that you get this controlled with drugs and dietary measures. Talk to your doctor about getting this correctly managed and followed through.
For the GGT and AST, I will like to have a list of your medications to see if there are any that may be responsible for these increased liver enzymes markers. Also, do you take alcohol in much volumes? These are the most likely cause of these increased liver numbers.
In all, these numbers need to be addressed carefully. Work with your doctors on understanding what the exact cause is and what treatment options would help. I will also like to have a list of your different medications and responses to my questions.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thank you so much for using our services and do feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.

Yes, they would for sure improve!
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for following up with me.
For sure, keeping away from alcohol would help with these numbers. Whether they return to normal or not can only be determined by controlling them at some other time in the future say in 3months.
For now, stay away from alcohol. Get the results controlled in 3months and depending on the follow up findings, a plan would be established to correct whatever residual damage has been identified if any.
I wish you well.
