Question : Hi doc I am 34 year old male with no medical problem my weight is 105
Yesterday I have blood test routine lft. In which.
Alt sgpt is 53
And else report is normal
I have no sugar no thyroid and my cholesterol report are also normal
My local Dr Given me this tablet ursocol 300 Daily 2 tablet.
For 5 days. And ask me to do
Ultra sound of whole abdominal Which I have done today
Results are.

Liver is normal in size 136 mm
And shows diffuse increase in echogencity suggesting fatty changes
Impression. Imaging reveals grade 1 fatty infiltration of liver
--------------------------------
Other rest result are normal of ultra sound
Now my question is this tablet which local dr has given is good
Are there any side effect etc
And what's ur opion of ultra sound
And what u suggest after
Report I will be starting strict diet chart frm dieting and avoiding fry and oily thing will also do excerise

I presume you do not drink alcohol and the 105 you mentioned is in kilograms and not in lbs.
So the fatty liver in your case is probably related to obesity.
Weight reduction is the first step you need to follow.
Ursocol is a good medication.
It does not have any side effects
You can discuss with your doctor about taking trimethylglycine supplements for treating fatty liver.
And as suggested earlier weight reduction should be the first step.
