Question: My blood sugar is 440 and I am Really tired. My regular internest told me a couple of months back that that is a hospital number.
Im now at 440 and the doctor on call didn't care. I have no idea what to do.

Normally you need insulin to lower the blood sugar for the moment.
If it is not possible to get medical help you may raise the dose of Amaryl up to 4 mg/ day.
Be careful with the diet!
Get Hba1c done to know the sugar levels since 3 months
