Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I am Dr Mittal.
I have read your message.
I think I can hep you.

It seems you definitely need medication.
So are you taking those medicines that you mentioned or not yet ?

However, Random sugars are not the perfect guide.
I'd suggest testing FBS, PPBS, and HbA1C.
Let me know the reports.
A more specific suggestion can be made thereafter.

Meanwhile continue with dietary restrictions and moderate physical exercise.
Awaiting reports.

SUGGESTIONS

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your response.
If she is reluctant, I will not force her just yet.
However, I think it would be better to start considering it in near future.

You are taking Gluconorm G3 forte before BF Gluconorm G2 Forte before Dinner Volibo 0.3 Mg before BF. Then after dinner Galvus 50 before BF then after dinner For BP Tazloc 40 morning then Amcard 2.5 in the evening.
I am still unsure what dose of Galvus you are taking- I think its twice a day.

I would recommend-
Gluconorm G3 forte before BF and before Dinner, Volibo 0.3 Mg before BF. Then Galvus 50 before BF and dinner. BP medicines to continue.

If that doesnt work, we will increase Galvus to 100 mg slowly. Thereafter, if sugars are not controlled, insulin might be needed.

If she has any doubts about insuin, I will be happy to clarify any doubts.
Best of luck,
Dr Mittal
