Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your total wbc count is slightly increased. Your neutrophil and lymphocytes count is normal. It suggest that you have mild infection. Your thyroid test is also normal. You should take antibiotics accordingly. No need to worry at all.
You don't have any significant illness.
Just be relaxed.
Continue with your other medicines.

I am concerned because I am SOOOO tired all time and sleep is an issue the last month, he gave me something for sleep issue sorry cant recall name but its for anxiety also told me to take 1 hour before bed. The lab that did the results states this exactly for these tests

WBC 11.6 (High) units x10E3/uL Reference interval 3.4-10.8
Platelets 411 (high) x10E3/uL Ref interval 150-379
Neutrophils (absolute) 7.1 (High) units x10E3/ul 1.4-7.0
Lymphs (Absolute) 3.3 (high), x10E3/uL 0.7-3.1

Very concerned about high platelet count since this can cause blood clots stroke from what I have read. I am overweight 5.5 weigh 225 ( he has started me on a exercise program) to lose weight and on HPB meds name escapes me right now but starts with Hydro (25mg) and seems to be working. Very tired and listless and cant sleep well. I was on Cipro when blood work was taken for UTI.

Would the hydrochlorothiazide elevated any of this levels and why I so tired? My doctor did not address any of these questions just told me to come back in a month and lose weight.

Have not gotten a reply to my last question and forgot to say also my ALT (SGPT) is elevated its at 37 but my AST is not elevated? Is ALT a concern is it because I need to lose 75lbs obese? Would appreciate answer to this and last question just want to know if I need a second opinion or to follow up with my Doctor.
