Did you become Negative after Completing Lamivir?
Detailed Answer:
HI
Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query
Your elevation in liver enzymes is mild and could be due to the following reasons :
1. Alcohol intake : Does you consume alcohol regularly or occasionally?
2. Infection : Did you had any fever / joint pains recently ?
3. Relapse of Hepatitis : Before stopping Lamivir were you declared Cured ?
Kindly revert back to me with details asked.

                                    Dear Doctor,
Thanks for reply.
I do not take any Alcohol. There is no joint Pains recently & since last 15 years I know nothing about any fever.
At present due to Right Hand at shoulder muscles pain I am taking Pain Killer & Antacid (Amitone Plus Tab,Nureeto 90,Alteus as prescribed by Doctor). While taking the blood samples I am also in use of these medicines.
I do not feel any weakness also.
Before while using the Lamivir & Hepamerze (Reports are already lost) my SGPT & Billiribin levels were almost in normal. But while testing through the Kit it was still showing +Ve on those days. Then I had also tested foe Hepatitis Marker.the reports I have also already lost in train.
Please advice for further action.
Regards,

                                    Brief Answer:
Were you tested for HBV DNA levels before stopping Lamivir.
Detailed Answer:
HI Mr XXXXXXX
Thanks for the follow up .
See before stopping treatment for Hepatitis B , you need to be tested for Hepatitis B Virus ( HBV DNA )DNA levels and it should be not detectable in the test. It is very important to know whether your HBV DNA levels were not detectable or not . I mean to say whether it was tested for you or not . Because if not tested you need to get it tested now .
Kindly let me know this information.
PS : Hepatitis marker doesn't include HBV DNA testing .
Regards

                                    Brief Answer:
Yes you must get the test done.
Detailed Answer:
HI
Yes you should go for the HBV DNA test. I can't understand how could you stop Lamivir without getting HBV DNA test.
Kindly get it done first and if it is showing positivity significantly Lamivir has to be restarted and if it is negative then you are fine and no need to worry about your raised liver enzymes.
Revert back to me with test report.
