What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Increased SGPT may be due to increased lipid level.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have gone through your findings in detail.
SGPT and lipid level(LDL) are increased. Cholesterol level is towards upper limit.
High SGPT may indicate liver injury. It may be due to many reasons like hepatitis, alcohol intake, altered lipid profile, medicines, auto immune causes etc.
In your case, increased SGPT may be due to altered lipid profile.Fat deposition in liver may cause liver cell damage.
You may need few more investigations like viral markers and ultrasound of abdomen.
In such findings,I suggest tablet atorvastatin 10 mg single dose at night to my patients. It helps in controlling increased lipid level.
I also suggest tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months to my patients. It helps in regeneration of liver cells.
You also need diet and life style modification. You should avoid saturated fat.
Increase your physical activity in the form of exercise and brisk walk.
Take lot of fruits and vegetables.
You are taking right medicines for acidity.
Other findings are acceptable.
Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
