Brief Answer:
She may have viral infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
She has low wbc count and low platelet count with high monocyte count. All features are commonly seen in viral infection. Appetite loss is also seen in viral infection. So she has high chance of viral infection. She is not gaining weight so she may have some other associated illness.
She may have malnutrition or other chronic disease.
Please send me her complete blood count report and all other reports what you have, so that I can help you further.
