Brief Answer:
Increased weight seems to be the prime suspect

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Welcome to Health Care Magic, Thanks for writing to us,

I am Dr.Muhammad Ahmad, I have read your question, I understand your concern and will try to help you in the best possible way.

These readings are indeed raised from normal but they are not significantly raised.
Actually you have high weight and your BMI is quite hight. In such cases fatty liver is usually present, like fat accumulates everywhere else in the body, it also accumulate in the liver, this might make liver profile deteriorated, in your case this explanation seems most likely.

I would suggest you certain measures which will help you get improvement. And this problem will get better in 2-3 months .

1) Reduce your weight , BMI should be around 25, this will take time though but gradually things will get going.
2) Eat healthy diet if you smoke use alcohol or pain killers don't use them.
3) Stay physically active this will strengthen your liver and will help your body to improve.
4) You can use multi vitamins like Centrum .
5) You can use essentials forte to make recovery process of your liver better.

You should follow up with your doctor about this issue regularly as he suggest and you can get the test repeated every month to follow the progress , things should get back to normal as your weight gets reduced and eat healthy. it may take 2-3 months

I Hope this answers your question, if your have more queries feel free to ask, otherwise close the discussion and rate it. Wish you the best of health.
