Question: My Triglycerides is 44mg/dl,
LDL is 138mg/dl,
HDL 63mg/dl
VLDL is 8.8mg/dl.
Total Cholesterol is 195mg/dl.

Also A/G ratio is 1.7mg/dl and

Brief Answer:
Reports are satisfactory

Detailed Answer:
Hello,I am Dr.Rajesh Teli,MD.
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
Firstly I would like to know your clinical history.
Have you any symptoms ? Did you get these reports only for check up or you have complaints requiring investigations.
Basically we need to correlate all reports in relation to clinical history.
However I can tell you your HDL is very good and protecting you against heart disease and stroke.Triglyceride is within normal limits.your cholesterol should be less than 150 and LDL below 100.Avoid fatty food and follow healthy life style.Go for daily brisk walk for 40 min.your renal function is normal.
My best wishes

I was experiencing mild pain at back of head, neck and shoulder. It was kind of a gripping feeling so I thought it might be a thyroid issue and went for test. I do have occasional back pain issues after the birth of my two kids both by c section. I started experiencing the neck pain after my younger kid (3 years)playfully climbed on my back which caused my head to jerk backwards. But it's been a week since then. I also experience acidity problems. I have started going for morning walks 45 min since one month. I am 5.5 ft tall and 71kg weight.
