Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone very carefully through your query and fully understand your concerns. I am sorry to know that your daughter has suffering for a while. However, I would appreciate if you could enumerate the exact problems she has been having. Describing the presentations in a timeline would be more helpful.
I have also seen the reports, but rather than giving ranges, it would be more helpful to mention the specifics. Uploading the relevant reports, starting with the most recent onces, would be more helpful. You can do so using the facility on the upper right. You can also upload the doctors' notes that you have.
The mentioned range is wide and it is hard to be specific based only on the details currently mentioned. However, a high WCC or an elevated neutrophil count occur in case of a bacterial infection and the return back to normal could occur after the infection resolves. In such a case, it could indicate recurrent infections. ESR is a non-specific marker which gets elevated in illnesses.
I will await your response. Based on which I would be able to guide you further.
Regards
