
What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: I am using Azoran-125mg daily to keep Crohn's disease in control as per doctor suggestion. I am attaching my blood test results here. Can you tell me if there is anything wrong in my test results.

Hi,
Thanks for uploading the test results.
Not all those that are highlighted are significant.
I would take only the WBC counts significant.
The Total count is decreased below the lower limit of normal range.
And the neutrophil count is increased.
This could be probably be due to infection.
But I would advise you to get the WBC count alone repeated in another lab before coming to any conclusion.

Yes, a drop in the white cell count is a well known side effect of Azoran.
Since the neutrophil count was increased , I advised for a repeat test and about the possibility of infection.
Otherwise this can be considered as a side effect of Azoran.
