What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hi I went to the doctor today to recieve blood results they came back that I was extremely low in iron, but she was alarmed that my white cell count was really high and ordered a urgent blood test but said she wanted to rule out possibilities before looking into worst case senario, she wouldnt tell me worst case scenario now I am really worried I guess that is my question? Worst case scenario ? im 34 female my husband has had a yeast infection so im wondering if this could cause it?
