Brief Answer:
The reason of such situation must be established first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach full blood work report?
If you have low HGB, RBC, HCT and others levels, first of all you need to find the reason of such situation. It can be bleeding from large intestine, stomach, uterine, low iron, B12 or folic acid levels and many more.
Without knowing the reason, its hard to fix it. You should consult your doctor and have proper examination (gastroscopy, colonoscopy, gynecologist consult).

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
