Low Vitamin D levels are a concern
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
I went through your health reports. I find most of the values are within normal range. Though a few like homocysteine are high, they are not of any concern and no actionable. Your lipid profile, liver enzymes and kidney function test are normal. Hemogram and iron profile is also good (do not worry about serum Iron levels) as long as TIBC is normal.
Your Vitamin D levels are a concern and it shows severe deficiency, however the Calcium is within normal limits. It means the calcium is being compensated at the expense of body calcium from the bone. Vitamin D helps absorption of calcium from the diet if it is deficient then the calcium in your diet is not being absorbed. You should look at vitamin D supplements and importantly Vitamin D fortified foods. You can take MASHYNE 60K satchets one satchet a week in one glass of milk for 12 weeks and Tab MASHYNE 2000 IU, one per day for 12 weeks. Re test Vitamin D after 3 months.
Regular exercise for 5 hours a week and healthy diet rich in fibre, green leaves and fruits are essential.
