Your ESR and CRP both are high. Both are marker of inflammation.

ESR is increased in inflammation, anemia, tuberculosis, autoimmune disease. CRP is also increased in inflammation.

You have multiple pains and swelling with high ESR and CRP. You may have some autoimmune disease or some inflammatory condition. You should go for complete blood count, Anti nuclear antibody(ANA) test and C3 level. It will give you idea about the cause. Then you should take treatment accordingly.

Brief Answer:
Explained in details.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your all reports.
I can understand your concern.

You have high ESR and CRP.

Your CBC is normal so routine bacterial infection and anemia is ruled out.
Your ANA, C XXXXXXX P XXXXXXX RA factor all are negative so autoimmune disorders are also ruled out.

Your thyroid function test, liver function test, kidney function test, Electrolytes, Sugar all are normal. So no any major disorder from your reports.

Your cholesterol levels are high. It increase the risk of cardiac disease and you should take low fatty diet with high amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids. Repeat the cholesterol level and if not controlled with diet then you need to take statins to control lipid levels.

However your symptoms are not related to high cholesterol level. It is different things.

You may have non specific connective tissue disease or non specific pain.
You should go for physiotherapy for your cervical spondylosis and disc bulging.

You can take analgesic drugs like diclofenac sodium to control pain as and when required. Mostly it will subside by itself. If it remains persistent then you can check for repeat ANA test.

Don't worry much about that. Your all reports are almost normal and no any major medical issue is there.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
