Brief Answer:
Raised HsCRP and ESR may indicate infection/inflammation in body.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your findings may suggests raised triglyceride level,ESR,HsCRP,PSA and low IgM.

You may need tablet fenofibrate 160 mg at night after dinner. This will correct triglyceride level.

Raised HsCRP and ESR may indicate infection/inflammation in body.It may be due to many causes like arthritis etc.
You may need proper clinical correlation and treatment of underlying cause.

You may also need prostate ultrasound(trans rectal)and biopsy as PSA is raised.Treatment depend upon findings.

Mildly low IgM is not concerning.

Other findings are within normal limit.

You can continue other medicines.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Brief Answer:
Findings are not very serious.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings are not very serious.
Triglyceride is a type of lipid in our blood and its increased level is not good for our health. It may damage blood vessels and it can affect many organs.

ESR(it is sedimentation rate of RBC)is a non specific finding and it increases in many conditions.
HsCRP(highly sensitive CRP)is a marker for inflammation/infection in our body.

Increased PSA(prostate specific antigen)may be related to prostate cancer,so it need proper evaluation. But it can even be raised in several other conditions so need proper check up.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
