What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: need interpretation of my blood draw, please review the entire chart there are certain numbers that are high and some that are low and I'd like to know what they mean.

Your major findings may suggests raised ALT,altered lipid,low TSH,low vitamin D level.

Raised ALT may be related to altered lipid profile.
You may need single tablet atorvastatin 10 mg daily at night after dinner for altered lipid.
You may also need tablet ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months.
Avoid saturated fat and go for brisk walk regularly.
You may also need ultrasound of abdomen.

You may also need vitamin D supplementation.You may take one vitamin D tablet weekly for eight weeks then one tablet can be taken for six months.
You should also expose yourself to sunlight at least for five minutes daily.

Low TSH need further evaluation.You may need T3 and T4 estimation.
Treatment depend upon findings.

Other findings are acceptable.

Could the ALT be a sign of low Vitamin D?

Also, I have some other issues

EOSINOPHILS/100 LEUKOCYTES 0.2 Low % (1-6) Final
(these were low)

LYMPHOCYTES/100 LEUKOCYTES 16.1 Low % (20-40) Final
(this was low)

THYROTROPIN 0.426 Low uIU/mL (0.55-4.78) Final (this was low)

Liver disease may cause low vitamin D.

Liver disease may cause low vitamin D but in your case it may be due to borderline raised cholesterol level.

Low thyrotropin need further evaluation. You may need T3 and T4 estimation. It also need clinical correlation.

Leukocytes may be temporarily low in viral infection etc. You may repeat test after 2 months. It is usually not a very serious issue.
