Creatinine needs monitoring in future and may need echo cardiogram
Detailed Answer:
Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.
Based on the laboratory history you have shared, it is good that most of the labs are with in normal limmit or doesn't need any medical intervention. However two things which needs monitoring include creatinine as that may be repeated after few months after taking some reasonable amount of water intake and BNP levels are high which rises the concerns to get a cardiac evaluation with an ECG and Echo cardiogram. It can be done on routine basis if symptoms like shortness of breath on lying down or on exertion aren't present.
Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask. Regards.
