Question : fast heart beat 120 with low blood pressure. 114/64 on baby aspirin
Brief Answer:
Tachycardia with normal blood pressure
Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir
Yes your heart rate is fast but the blood pressure is well within the normal recommended range (less than 140/90 mmHg) for an adult. For your fast heart rate we need to see whether these it is SINUS or not. This can be confirmed by an EKG.
Sir i would like to know more details about your medical history like as if you are a diabetic or not, do you smoke or not, if you are on any medications, any other medical condition if you have?
I would like to advise to get one EKG and Echo done. If you have already done these then i would like to see the reports of the same.
Hope to be helpful. Kindly get back with details.
Regards
