Minor not important changes- see more in detail

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for asking at HCM.

I carefully read your question and went through all the attached reports. Blood workup and other tests are better interpreted in the terrain of symptoms or reason why the tests are ordered.

You have some mild alteration from the normal levels of a few indexes but none of them are specific for a certain condition or require any intervention at the moment.

You have a mildly elevated cholesterol levels but this is mostly due to the good cholesterol (HDL) that in your case is in very good levels. Bad cholesterol (LDL) is in upper high norm but is still normal and if you do not have any associated diabetes I would just recommend you some diet measures with less fat and fried food. Healthy lifestyle (no smoking, be active and do exercises, good weight control) are recommended.

I do not see any measurements of fasting sugar. If you have not had it done than you need to have it checked. If you have checked it and is high than the lipid levels you have is significant and needs treatment.

I would repeat the urinalysis in 2 weeks and see if it will again show blood, If so than you will need tests to find why you have blood in urine and an ultrasound is the first test to be done to check for stones and malformations in the urinary system and also and xray of the abdomen which can see the stones in 80% of the times.

If you think you might have been exposed to the risk for sexually transmitted infections than I would recommend you to have checks for chlamydia and gonorrhea also.

The postasium levels are not significant if you do not have chronic conditions or use medications regularly. Still I would recommend you to check K+ and fasting lipids in 3-6 months.
Vit D levels are not typical and no specific treatment is needed, males generally do not have problems with bone density due to testorsterone presence.

Changes in PLT (platelets) are not significant and warrant no testing if they are above 100 (yours are 138).

IgA changes are not typical and do not warrant any further tests or follow up

So to conclude i would say:
1. if you have not had fasting sugar test, have it done
2. if no diabetes than lipids are fine, can repeat them fasting in 3-6 months to see how they are progressing
3. Repeat urinalysis in 1-2 weeks and if still blood would recommend ultrasound and abdominal xray as first steps
4. no specific important problems with vit D, IgA, PLT and K+
5. Just for safety i would repeat CBC (check for PLT level), K+ levels in 3-6 months

I hope i have answered to your question and this is helpful to you but please let me know if anymore clarification is needed on this issues.

Kind regards

Brief Answer:
Explanation of the questions given below..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thank you for the reply.

I do not expect your platelet count to get worse as their level is pretty close to normal and way above 100. This can be an incidental finding and may have no importance. They start to be clinically important if they are under 100 and bleeding happens mostly when they are under 30. There is no need to take any treatment related to this at this moment.

IgA is an immunoglobulin that is generally produced in the gastrointestinal tract. Might be high in cases the gastrointestinal system fights infections but has no clinical significance and nothing to worry.

Your testosterone level was normal (in the lower limits of the norm but within the norm) so I do not think you will need the patch with testosterone.

I hope this helps and is helpful to you but please let me know of any concerns or if clarification is still needed on the above issues.

Kind regards
