Question : Hello doctor...I just returned from my 20 week anamoly scan for baby #2.. the report shows that echogenic focus seen in both ventricles of heart...my 3rd month blood test came good with ratio of 1:100000 low risk...I am worried now..should i do any additional test?

There is nothing to worry and it is just a chance finding of not much significance and needs no further testing if previously risk was so low
Just relax and keep visiting your gynaecologist at regular intervals as before and as advised
