Brief Answer:
continue vit D3 and further tests may be required,

Detailed Answer:
Hi , I am Dr Gopal Goel , Orthopedic Surgeon.
You have low hemoglobin low vit D3 and high TSH.
Continue Vit D3 60,000 units /week .Consult a physician for high TSH and low hemoglobin. Maybe further tests are required for low hemoglobin and polyarthralgia like R A Factor , Anti CCP antibody , Peripheral Smear, S Ferritin , Stool for occult blood , ultrasound pelvis etc.
