Brief Answer:
You have thalassemia minor

Detailed Answer:
Hi,dear
I have gone through your question your all reports.
I can understand your concern.

You have mild anemia and it is due to thalassemia minor. So hemoglobin can not increased to normal level in thalassemia minor patients. But they can live normal life.

Any iron, or vitamin B12 treatment will not help. So no need to take it. Your anemia is due to thalassemia. So just be relaxed. No other abnormalities are there. Slight high LDH and potassium is also due to that.

Just be relaxed. No need to improve hemoglobin further.

Hope I have answered your question.

Folic acid supplements

Detailed Answer:
Hi,dear

Only folic acid supplements are required in thalassemia minor. No other supplements like iron or vitamin B12 are required. Fatigue may be due to some other reason like hypothyroidism or other cause also. So for that consult your doctor and get examined once.
