What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Thank you for the advise you had given me a few months back. The below is in brief the query I had raised a few months back .

I was diagnosed with hepatitis A in the month of December 2016. Post which I got Jaundice. The Diagnosis of hepatitis A was as follows : I had very high fever and on CBC blood test the SGPT count was very high at 600. I was admitted to a Hospital and post a blood culture test I was diagnosed with Hepatitis A (my SGPT count went up to 2000. Post discharge I had Jaundice . Towards the end of February My SGPT and SGOT levels came down to 95 & 65.
I had very high fever (range 102 to 104) thrice till now from February till now. The fever is very high and continues for 2 to 3 days and the blood test shows high WBC cells. Doctor informed me that this are viral/ bacterial infections I get due to low immunity. I had inflated tonsils episode the last 2 times. The last episode of fever was on 13/4/17, when the tonsils were enlarged and also had some boils. One of the boils on one tonsil burst and the wound remained. I was on Antibiotic medications to treat this.
In April 2017 , I was diagnosed with Fistula, I was operated and a few weeks later I had an abscesses on my right buttocks, which had to be operated again. Post that I had another boil on my abdomen just about my Pinus, doctor suggested surgery to drain it but I asked not too and they gave me Augmentin 625 for 10 days and amicasin injections ( twice a day)for 5 days post which the abscess drained and surgery was avoided.

Since last 2 weeks, I am getting boils on my abdomen and buttocks area, I went to the surgeon and told him about this and he said that these seems to be skin infection. I asked him if this was due to the PUS remains from the fistula which he said no. The surgeon asked me to avoid meat, oil and outside food which I was doing anyways. I used to rarely eat mean and oily food. Also asked me to take bath twice a day which I am doing for the last 1 month.

Today I got a small but a bit painful boil towards the end of my pinus near the scrotum, I am a bit concerned and scared . This is also affecting my work. Request you to let me know what needs to be done.
